Fused Silica Pillar Plate

96 Well Micro pillar plate consisting of a thin 0.50mm fused silica bottom with a 65 X 65 array of pillars etched into the bottom of each well.  The pillars have a 2um top and 50um base and are 22um tall.

Applications:
