Fused Silica Micropillar arrays in a 96 well microplate format. Each of the 96 wells contains a micropillar array consisting of a 64 X 64 array of micropillars spaced 60 microns apart center to center. 4,096 pillars per well and 393,216 per plate. Each pillar is 25um tall with a top diameter of 2um and a bottom diameter of 50um. The etched fused silica glass is 0.50mm thick and bonded to a PC 96 well frame.
